Simple preparation
- 30 Minute Chicken Stew: Combine 2 cups diced cooked chicken, 1 can quartered new potatoes, 2 cups mushrooms, 4 cups cool water and one package Gumbo Mix. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes; add green onions and let stand 5 minutes.
