Tony Chachere's Pork Marinade is a Creole-style 30-minute marinade in a 12 oz bottle, designed for pork with a sweet blend of citrus, caramelized onion and Creole seasoning. Directions
Shake well. For best results, pour marinade over pork using ½ cup marinade per pound. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or longer). Grill, broil or bake as desired. Glaze with extra marinade while cooking and discard used marinade.
