Tony Chachere's Praline Honey Ham Injectable Marinade is a sweet praline-honey flavored marinade packaged with a food syringe for injecting deep into ham and other meats. Measure approximately 2 oz of marinade per pound of meat into the syringe to avoid contaminating the remainder. Inject about every square inch using roughly 1/2 injector of marinade per injection point. For finishing, sprinkle outside of ham with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning; for a topping rub with brown sugar and pecan pieces. Bake, grill or smoke as desired.
