- Warnings: May contain wheat, soy, or milk.
Preparation tips
- Frying fish: Pour desired amount into a pan or bag. Dip fillets, seafood or vegetables in cool water, shake off excess, roll or shake in Fish Fry and shake off excess. Fry 1–2 pieces at a time in 350°F oil until golden brown; drain on absorbent paper.
- Cajun battered French fries: Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2" strips, dip in cold water, coat with Fish Fry, and fry in 375°F oil until golden brown; drain on absorbent paper.
