Product description
Thawing
Thaw in refrigerator for 24–48 hours for best results. For rapid thaw, place in a clean trash-can liner and submerge in cool water for 6–9 hours.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove from bag. Place roll skin side down in a pan with 3/4–1 cup water and cover with foil.
- Bake 1 hour 45 minutes, remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Baste as needed. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Optional: cook in a browning bag for a juicier result.
Slicing
Allow to cool 20 minutes to seal in juices. Remove netting and slice.
