Wick Fowler's 2-Alarm Chili Kit contains six individual seasoning packets: red pepper, corn masa flour, cumin/oregano, ground chili peppers, onion/garlic, and paprika, plus salt. Use the red pepper packet to adjust heat: omit for mild, half for 1-Alarm, all for original 2-Alarm, or add extra red pepper for hotter chili.

Directions
You'll need 2 lbs ground beef, 1—8 oz can tomato sauce, 2 cups water and salt (optional).
- Brown 2 lbs ground or cubed beef; drain fat.
- Add 8 oz tomato sauce, 2 cups water and all seasoning packets except Red Pepper and Masa Flour. For hot chili, add entire Red Pepper packet; for medium add 1/2; for mild omit.
- Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste.
- For thicker chili, stir Masa Flour into 1/4 cup warm water, add and simmer 15–20 minutes.
Optional additions: chopped onion or green pepper, a 15 oz can of beans or diced tomatoes, shredded cheese or sour cream. Gluten Free.
