Ingredients: Salt, Spices (Including Red Pepper), Dextrose, Natural Flavor, Extractives of Paprika, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavor Enhancer), and Lemon Juice Solids.

Instructions: 

DIRECTIONS: This package will properly season 50 lbs. shrimp, 40 lbs. crawfish or 1 hamper (4-5 dozen) crabs.

  1. Place 6 gallons of water or enough to cover seafood and contents of package into large cooking container (60-72 qt), stir, and bring to rolling boil. Add seafood to boiling mixture, stir, cover tightly and return to boil.
  2. Cook for the time shown in the table. Turn off heat and soak for the time shown in the table.
  3. Cool hot mixture by adding ice. This will stop the cooking. Allow to soak until desired flavor.
  4. Drain carefully and serve.
