Zatarain's Concentrated Shrimp & Crab Boil — 8 fl oz

Zatarain's Liquid Crab Boil Concentrate is an 8 fl oz. (240 mL) liquid containing the essential oils of the spices and seasonings from the original Crab & Shrimp Boil. The product is extremely hot and a little goes a long way. For boiling seafood (a dozen crabs or 5 pounds of shrimp or crawfish): add enough water to cover seafood, 1 Tbsp. Zatarain's Liquid Crab Boil, and 5 Tbsp. salt; bring to a rolling boil; add seafood and boil crabs 20 minutes, crawfish 15 minutes, shrimp 2 minutes; allow seafood to remain in water 5 minutes after boiling. A recipe is also provided for dill pickles using 1 Tbsp. of the concentrate per batch. Unit size: 8 fl oz. (240 mL).
