Quick Prep
- One bag seasons 4 lb shrimp or crawfish, or 1 dozen crabs.
- To a large cooking container add 3 quarts water, 4 Tbsp salt, 1 bag Zatarain’s, and 1 lemon (quartered).
- Add cayenne pepper to taste; bring to a rolling boil; add seafood and boil: crabs 5 min, crawfish 2 min, shrimp 1 min.
- Allow seafood to remain in water 15–20 minutes after boiling.
