Zatarain's Extra Spicy Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil is a pre-seasoned blend formulated to add New Orleans–style heat to seafood boils and vegetables. This 63 oz package seasons large quantities: the package will properly season 50 lbs. shrimp, 40 lbs. crawfish, or 1 hamper (4–5 dozen) crabs. For smaller batches, use 1 cup with 6–8 lbs. shrimp, 5–6 lbs. crawfish, or 1 dozen crabs. The spicy blend includes paprika, coriander seed and cayenne pepper and is designed to flavor shrimp, crabs, crawfish, potatoes, corn and more.

Directions
Place 6 gallons of water (or enough to cover seafood and contents) into a large 60–72 qt container. Stir and bring to a rolling boil. Add seafood, stir, cover tightly and return to boil. Cook according to desired times, turn off heat and soak as directed. Cool by adding ice to stop cooking, soak until desired flavor, drain carefully and serve.
Usage Tips
- For extra zest, add Zatarain's Liquid Crab Boil or Cayenne Pepper.
- Use to season boiling seafood, potatoes, or corn.
