Instructions

This package will properly season 16 pounds of shrimp, 12 pounds of crawfish, or 2 dozen crabs. Place 8 quarts of water and contents of package into a large cooking container, stir and bring to a rolling boil. Add seafood, stir, cover tightly and return to a boil. Cook and soak per the cook time table: Crawfish: cook 2 minutes; hot soak 15–20 minutes; zesty cool 15–20 minutes. Crabs: cook 5 minutes; hot soak 15–20 minutes; zesty cool 15–20 minutes. Shrimp: cook 1 minute; hot soak 2–5 minutes; zesty cool 2–5 minutes. Drain carefully and serve. Tips: for spicier flavor, add cold water or ice at end of cook time and soak longer. For smaller quantities, use 1 cup Crab Boil for 8–10 lbs shrimp, 5–8 lbs crawfish, or 12 crabs.
