Zatarain's Crispy Cajun Fish-Fri is a 12 oz all-purpose seafood breading that creates a crunchy, spicy coating for shrimp and fish. The formula uses enriched yellow corn meal, salt, spices including red pepper and paprika, garlic, yeast extract, natural flavor, lemon juice concentrate and sugar. It works for deep frying, pan frying or baking and can be used as directed for a light golden crust.

Cooking directions
- Deep fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Use 1/2 cup Fish Fri per 1 lb fish; roll or shake to coat and fry until light golden brown.
- Pan fry: Use 1 inch oil in skillet, heat to 350°F and fry as directed.
- Bake: Brush fillets with oil, coat with Fish Fri, place on pan, spray top and bake at 450°F for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
For a thicker coating, dip in 1/2 cup milk mixed with 1 lightly beaten egg before coating.
