Cooking Tips
Pan Frying: heat 1 inch vegetable oil to 350°F; rinse and drain fish, coat and fry to light golden brown. Baking: brush 1 lb fish fillets with oil, roll in Fish-Fri, place on sprayed pan, spray top, and bake at 450°F about 15 minutes until fish flakes. Deep Frying: heat oil to 350°F, use 1/2 cup Fish-Fri per lb fish, roll or shake to coat, fry until light golden brown. For thicker coating, dip fish in 1/2 cup milk with 1 lightly beaten egg before coating.
