- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Rice for serving
Quick prep (stovetop)
Cook: 2-1/2 cups water, Etouffee Base, 2 tbsp tomato paste and 2 tbsp butter in 3‑quart saucepan until blended and lumps dissolved. Bring to boil, reduce to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in shrimp, cover and simmer 10–15 minutes until shrimp turn pink. Serve over cooked rice.
Safe handling: Bowl and contents will be very hot. Use pot holders when removing from microwave.
