Zatarain's Jambalaya with Cheese Mix 8 oz

Zatarain's Jambalaya with Cheese is a gluten-free rice mix that delivers New Orleans-style flavor with a cheesy twist. The 8 oz mix prepares in about 30 minutes and is designed to be combined with 1 pound of meat or shrimp. Just add 2 1/2 cups water, the rice mix, your protein, and 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil; bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes until rice is tender. Add cooked shrimp during the last 5 minutes if desired, then let stand 5 minutes and fluff before serving.
