Cooking Methods
- Deep fry: Heat oil to 350°F; fry a few pieces at a time until light golden brown. For thicker coating, dip fish in 1/2 cup milk mixed with 1 lightly beaten egg before coating.
- Stovetop: Use 1 inch oil in skillet heated to 350°F; prepare as directed above.
- Oven: Brush fillets with oil, coat with Fish Fri, place on sprayed pan, spray top, bake at 450°F about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
