Zatarain's Liquid Shrimp & Crab Boil With Garlic and Onion is an 8 oz liquid seasoning for shrimp, crab, crawfish and other foods. Add a capful to boiling potatoes or corn, stir a few drops into red beans, gumbo, gravy or marinades, or marinate seafood for added flavor.

Directions for 5 lbs seafood
- Add 2.5 quarts water and 5 tablespoons salt to a large pot; bring to a rolling boil.
- Add seafood and 4 oz Zatarain's Garlic & Onion Liquid Shrimp & Crab Boil. Return to boil and then turn off heat (crabs need 2–5 minutes before turning off).
- Allow seafood to soak: Shrimp 2–5 minutes; Crawfish 30 minutes; Crabs 30 minutes. Drain and serve.
Tips
- Marinate seafood in the liquid for 20 minutes before boiling for added flavor.
- After 5 minutes of hot soak, ice may be added to stop cooking and allow a longer soak time for spicier flavor.
