Frying directions
Heat one inch of vegetable oil to 350°F. Wash and drain seafood. Pour Fish Fry onto a plate or into a plastic bag and roll seafood until evenly coated. Fry a few pieces at a time until light golden brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
