Directions
Beat 1 egg in a large bowl. Add crab cake mix and 2/3 cup mayonnaise; mix. Fold in 1 lb crab meat. Shape into 8 patties and refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium, fry cakes about 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Makes 8 crab cakes.
