Cooking options
- Bake (recommended for bone-in): Dip in 1/2 cup milk + 1 beaten egg; roll in 1/2 cup Fry Mix. Bake at 425°F ~40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Deep fry: Mix 1/3 cup Fry Mix + 1/2 cup water for batter; deep fry at 350°F until golden.
- Pan fry: Use 1 inch oil, heat to 350°F, cook until golden and cooked through.
