- Bake, pan fry or deep fry
- Try with bone-in chicken, boneless chicken or chicken tenders; also works with fish, shrimp or pork chops
Basic directions
Baking (bone-in): Dip chicken in 1/2 cup milk + 1 beaten egg, roll in about 1/2 cup fry mix, spray and bake at 425°F 40 minutes, turning once. Frying: Mix 1/3 cup fry mix + 1/2 cup water for batter; pour 1 cup fry mix on plate for dredging. Deep fry at 350°F until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F. Note: Coats about 3 lb chicken.
