Ordered these boudin balls about four years ago for myself and also had some shipped to my son in Ohio. Those were great and creamy! My recent order didn't taste the same. Balls were larger (about 1-1/2 inch dia) and not as creamy. Had to check my last order to make sure I had ordered the same ones. I did. I'm sorry now that I ordered 8 dozen of these balls. Did Comeaux change their recipe?
