Cooking Instructions
Obtain at least 160°F before eating.
- Microwave: Wrap one link in a damp paper towel. Heat on high for one minute or to desired heat level.
- Steam: Add about ½ inch water to pot, heat until steam forms, lower heat, place boudin in pot, cover and heat for 2 minutes; do not submerge in water.
- BBQ Pit: Roll in foil and heat on pit, or place directly on grill until casing is crisp.
- Oven or skillet: Heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
