Every year I have 30-40 family members for thanksgiving at my house. I cook the traditional turkey,ham,chittlins, ect . I like to try and serve something unique also. This year my "mystery meat" would be fried alligator. I looked at some YouTube videos and felt my batter fried chicken recipe might work.
