Flavor is good, but they appear to have too much gristle for me. They also appear to be ground very course, rather than a fine grind. I am older so I don't have the teeth of a youngster. I would not buy again unless I was assured they have ground them finer with less pieces of fat/gristle. I will eat them, but very slow and carefully. I have made many purchases here, and all but this one have been top notch!
I purchased these at convenience store (Silver Spur???) in Breaux Bridge last weekend on my way back from TX. I was skeptical as I had not had this before. The girl at register assured me it had to be good if it was Poche's. She highly recommended the crawfish Bourdain, which I also bought. I was not disappointed at all!!! it was so good. We made it up with a romalade sauce like you would a po boy. I will definitely be purchasing more and trying other stuff too.
A great site , this item is my favorite. Season the gator patties with slap ya mama, and throw them on the grill.

A: We recommend thawing patties and grill at 350-400 degrees until you reach internal temperature of 165 ( roughly 8-10 minutes).
A: The Alligator Patties are made with some seasonings. ingredient list : alligator, pork, green onions, seasoning (salt, red pepper, black pepper, monosodium glutamate, sugar). Unfortunately this item does not come unseasoned.
