I ordered two 3lbs. boxes of Guidry’s breaded catfish as an alternative to turkey this Thanksgiving. I deep fried the fillets, and everyone loved them! The catfish was light, flaky, and most importantly “clean” (not muddy). In my opinion the fillets had too much breading. That is the only reason I am not giving this product 5 stars.
