Cooking directions
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat.
- Dip fish fillets in melted butter or margarine, coating both sides well.
- Shake seasoning generously and evenly on both sides.
- Cook over high heat for about 1½ minutes per side until charred and fish reaches at least 145°F internal temperature. For meat or poultry, cook until at least 165°F.
Use as a finishing seasoning for blackened-style cooking.
