Cooking directions
- Moisten up to 2 pounds of chicken thoroughly in egg wash OR ice cold water.
- Coat chicken completely in LA Fish Fry Chicken Air Fryer Seasoned Coating Mix. Shake off excess and place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air Fry at 400° for 10–15 minutes (375° for 15–20 minutes for bone-in). Flip chicken halfway through cooking time. Chicken should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165°.
