Heating Instructions
- Microwave: Wrap one link in a damp paper towel; heat on high for one minute or until desired heat level.
- Steam: Add about 1/2 inch water to pot; bring to steam, reduce heat, place boudin in pot (do not submerge), cover and heat for 2 minutes or until warm.
- BBQ Pit: Roll link in foil and heat on pit, or place directly on grill until casing crisps.
- Oven or Skillet: Heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
Warning: Obtain at least 160°F before eating.
