Four or five years ago I used these tenders as a dish for a friends 50th Anniversary and it was an instant hit…didn’t tell them what it was until it was all gone and most thought it was a firm chicken in a Longhorn BBQ sauce. I just braised the gator chunks in applewood smoked bacon grease and finished them off in the oven with the sauce…great. -jw-
