The packaging leaked in the refrigerator. The products are very good. Maybe the plastic was damaged by the dry ice during transit. No matter, it sure tasted great, and it was only a small mess to clean.
My first time trying the boudain stuffed turducken. I've had the cornbread and cajun sausage before. It tasted good but the duck was extremely small. Please add more duck.
I was surprised at how large it was and how much meat it had on it...a LOT for just 3 people. I was disappointed there wasn't more duck (thus only 4 stars), it was mostly turkey & chicken. I was happy with the boudin stuffing, I love boudin. I'm glad I tried it, I'd never had a turducken before, but next time I'd certainly buy a smaller one.
I was so excited to cook this Turducken for our Thanksgiving dinner. We followed the directions to the letter, and it came perfect. Boudin, Turkey, Chicken, and Duck, what more could you ask for?
