I recently had the pleasure of trying the Turducken Roll with Seafood Jambalaya from CajunGrocer. A constant companion to many of our holiday meals. I throw it on the rotisserie, baste with butter, and its all gone at the end of the meal.
We have a new holiday tradition. When my daughter was serving in IRAQ (2003), she watched Chef Emeral Show and he introduced TURDUCKEN and it's award-winning flavor. It took me 17 years to decide to order it, but when I did, it was with many reservations. NOT ANYMORE! He was right! From delivery of the 5lb. TURDUCKEN Roll with jambalaya stuffing to preparation to our mouths...meaty, fresh, flavorful, tender, juicy, and the presentation was magnificent. Now, my family has a new holiday tradition.
I received this turducken roll as a present. I was confused at first at the idea of a turkey and chicken and a duck. A nice roll with all the good stuff in the middle. Flavors were great. Could have used a little more duck, but overall I loved it.
