10 lb Turducken with Shrimp Étouffée is a fully stuffed turducken averaging 10 pounds and providing approximately 24–26 servings. The stuffing is Shrimp Étouffée: shrimp smothered in onions, bell pepper and celery (the Cajun trinity), tomatoes, Cajun spices and rice.
Product description
Thawing
Turducken must thaw completely before cooking. For best results, remove from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigeration for approximately 48 hours or in cold water for 6–8 hours.
Cooking
Remove from bag. Bake at 325°F, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 3 hours, then uncovered for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow to cool 20 minutes, remove netting, slice off wings and drumsticks, then cut 1/2 inch slices across and down the center.

Would love to serve this to my picky eaters this Thanksgiving provided Covid stays away. However, out family gettogether is only 12 - 15 people so this 10lb-er would be too large. Thank you.
A: This turducken is not offered in a smaller option but the 10 lb turduckens do feed 10-15 people.
