Premium Turducken Roll with Dirty Rice — 2 x 5 lb

Two 5 lb boneless Turducken rolls made from turkey breast layered with duck and chicken, stuffed with dirty rice. Product is vacuum sealed and frozen.

Dirty rice components: ground pork, onions, celery, bell pepper, homemade roux, seasoning and long grain white rice mixed and cooled to USDA guidelines before stuffing.

Thawing guidance: keep frozen until ready. Thaw in refrigerator about 24 hours in a pan, or quick thaw in cold water with wrapper on for 6–8 hours.

Cooking instructions: remove plastic bag but keep netting. Place fully thawed roll in a non-stick roasting pan, preheat oven to 350°F, cover with foil and bake about 2 hours. Remove foil and bake 15–20 minutes until golden; baste with butter to maintain moisture. Internal temperature must reach 165°F. Let stand 10–15 minutes, remove netting, slice and serve.
