Storage & Cooking Instructions
Keep frozen until ready. Thaw in refrigerator 48 hours before baking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic bag (keep netting), place in a roasting pan, cover with foil and bake about 2 hours. Remove foil and bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Baste with butter if desired. Internal temperature must reach 165°F. Let stand 10–15 minutes, remove netting, carve and serve. Follow safe handling: keep refrigerated or frozen, thaw safely, cook thoroughly and refrigerate leftovers immediately.
