Crab fingers are the pincer-end pieces taken from the ends of Louisiana blue crab claws. This 16 oz package of frozen crab fingers is commonly served as an appetizer with remoulade, seafood cocktail sauce, lemon, or melted butter.
Crab fingers arrive with the meat attached to the feather of the claw; peel away the shell to serve. They can be served chilled “as is,” marinated for a crab salad, deep fried, or heated. To steam from frozen: place uncracked claws in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover, and steam until heated through, about 5 minutes. Melted butter mixed with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce is a popular accompaniment. Unit Size: 16 oz. Product state: frozen.

A: Our crab claw fingers are not breaded. Stored and shipped frozen. You can thaw in refrigerator or quick thaw under water and serve with butter sauce.
