Stove Top Directions
- Shrimp: Combine shrimp, shrimp seasoning packet, onions, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix and chill 15 minutes. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add shrimp mixture and sauté until shrimp are pink (about 5 minutes).
- Grits: Whisk grits into 5 cups boiling water, reduce heat to low and cook covered 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let set 5 minutes.
- Spoon shrimp over grits and serve.
