Cooking instructions
- Pre-cook 1–1½ lb sausage or ham until thoroughly cooked (165°F).
- Bring 3¼ cups water and 1 tbsp butter or margarine to a boil.
- Add Red Beans & Rice Mix, stir, boil 2–3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and cook 25–30 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
