Thawing & storage

Thaw in refrigerator for 24–48 hours for best results. For rapid thaw: place in a clean trash can liner and submerge in cool water for 6–9 hours.

Cooking

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Remove from bag. For moist results, brown roll prior to cooking.
• Place roll skin side down in pan with 3/4–1 cup water; cover with foil.
• Bake 1 hour 45 minutes, remove foil and bake uncovered 15 minutes more. Baste as needed. Internal temperature reaches 165°F. Optional: cook in a browning bag for juicier meat.

Slicing: Allow to cool 20 minutes to seal in juices, remove netting and slice.
