A: This product is already seasoned Cajun style, it is not spicy but that is up to personal preference.

A: No it is not stuffed with anything. The plain option is just the turkey duck and chicken.

Extra large - No stuffing
Cooking Instructions: Thaw turducken in refrigerator for 2 days or to quick thaw, place in a sink of cool water for 6-9 hours. Place thawed turducken in a roasting pan and cover with foil. Cook for 4 hours at 375 degrees. Uncover and cook for an additional hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
