Q: We have enjoyed this many times at Prejean’s Restaurant, and have sent this as a gift to my brother a few times from Cajun Grocer, but I thought they called it “Smoked” Duck and Andouille Gumbo....

Prejean's restaurant in Lafayette, Louisiana, dishes up this rich gumbo chock full of smoked duck and andouille sausage.
