A: Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove Turkey from packaging. Bake breast side up on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 4 hours, then uncovered for 1 hour; or to an internal temperature of 165°F. Turkey may be basted during the last hour of cooking if desired.

A: Partially deboning a chicken is the process of butterflying and removing some of the larger bones. The chicken then cooks quicker and more evenly, and it's a perfect way to seperate bones for stock from meat for eating.
