I bought this to try Boudin. I live in South Florida, so we don't see a lot of Cajun food. I was impressed with the taste and quality of each of these products. My family and I ate all of it over the course of a weekend. Highly recommended. I love boudin now and have found some generic brands in local stores. Great gift. (hint hint)
