Louisiana Unseasoned Fish Fry Seafood Breading Mix 10 oz
Steps: Heat cooking oil in deep fry pan to 375°F. Wash fish (or substitute) thoroughly in cold water. While wet, coat in LOUISIANA Fish Fry. Place in cooking oil and cook until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Oysters, shrimp, meat and vegetables can be cooked the same as above.

Shake off excess water. 2 Roll fish in LA Fish Fry Seafood Breading Mix until coated. 3 Deep fry fish at 350°-F until internal temperatures is 145°-F until golden brown. 10 oz of LA Fish Fry Seafood Breading Mix coats approximately 3-4 lbs of seafood.
