A: Cooking instructions for Cajun Specialty Meats Boudin Balls: Deep Fry (recommended) Keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove from package. Heat oil to 350°F. Fry for about 6 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let drain briefly before serving.
Q: Is your boudin flavored hot.? Cajon style? Do you have some that's not flavored hot?
A: Most of our products are Cajun/Spicy but not overly spicy unless indicated extra-hot ; also we do sell Mild Boudin links, in the Comeaux brand.
