A: The amount of meat each alligator would yield does vary depending on the initial weight of each gator. The most tender meat does come from the tail.
Q: do you have whole gator with skin on? I like to buy a medium-sized one.
A: I apologize, all of our gators are gutted and skinned.
Q: Does whole gator need to be brined before cooking
A: Adding a brine to your alligator is not mandatory. It is solely based on preference. If you would like your gator to be very flavorful and seasoned then i would recommend adding some sort of brine.
Q: What is the length of a 21 lb alligator
A: The length of the alligators may vary. We mark the size by how much it weighs. The alligator does come curled for easier shipping and cooking.
Q: How does the gator come packed? I love in South Carolina and dont want it to spoil during shipping. Do you pack it in something that keeps it cold?
A: All of our perishable items come frozen and are packed in a small cooler with dry ice to arrive frozen.
