Recipe highlights

• Southern Pecan Pie: 3 eggs beaten, 3/4 cup unsulfured molasses, 3/4 cup light corn syrup, 1/2 cup double-strength Community Coffee, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup chopped pecans, 4 tbsp flour, 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Preheat oven to 375°F; bake 40–45 minutes or until firm. Serves 7.
• Brown Grasshopper: Blend 2-1/4 cups fresh, cold Community Coffee, 4 tbsp brandy, 2 tbsp white crème de menthe and 1-1/2 pints vanilla ice cream until frothy. Serves 8.
