COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: FOR ALL METHODS BELOW, OBTAIN AT LEAST 160 DEGREES BEFORE EATING!

BAKE: Preheat oven to 300 degrees, place links on an oiled cookie sheet for 20 minutes, turning over every 5 minutes, for a crispy skin.

STEAM COOKING: Place links in a rice cooker with a little water to cover the bottom. Heat for 3 to 5 minutes on Cook cycle, then change settings to Warm. Ready to eat in 10 to 15 minutes. Let the links cool a little while on a plate before eating or slicing..

Microwave: Wrap one link in damp paper towel.  Heat for one minute on high or to desire heat level.

Steam: Fill pot with enough water to cover bottom (about half inch). Heat on high until steam forms.   Lower temperature and place boudin in pot.  Cover and heat for 2 minutes or until warm.  Do not submerge boudin in water.

BBQ Pit:  Roll link with foil and heat on pit.   Or, place boudin directly on grill and cook until outer casing is crisp.

Oven or skillet:  Heat slowly until skin becomes crisp

Absolutely amazing. Tastes great. Definitely ordering a freezer full.

More rice than pork and liver. The way that I prefer boudin. Some boudin has too much pork, and you might as well be eating sausage. This is pretty good breakfast boudin, or good on a cracker.

Just the best boudain you ever want to buy.

I live on the West Coast and can't get real boudin near me. But having 15 packs shipped to California, sure makes me a little less homesick for Louisiana food. I'll be ordering more soon.
