Avocado Dip




  • 2 avocados, peeled and mashed
  • 2 Italian plum tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp (more or less to taste) Cajun Chef Nacho Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
  • Salt and finely ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Original "LOUISIANA" Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil, * optional 


Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Best when used within 24 hours.
