  • ½ cup TABASCO Spicy Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun Power Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 (5-ounce) jar horseradish
  • 1 (5-ounce) jar ZATARAINS Creole Mustard
  • 1 cup yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps for Making Cajun Spicy Gulf Shrimp

  1. Place the shrimp in a large pot and add enough water to completely cover them.
  2. Add bay leaves, celery seed, salt, and cayenne pepper to the pot.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.
  4. Drain the shrimp and peel them. Remove the bay leaves and discard.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine oil, Tabasco ketchup, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, Creole mustard, and sliced onion. Mix well.
